Q: Delivery
A: FSIT work with all authorised distributors for all the products we supply. So quite simply if the product you require is in stock it will be delivered next business day. If it is not in stock at any of our suppliers across Europe then we will speak directly to the manufacturer on your behalf and ask them for ETA on that items production.

Q: Online Shop
A: If you have looked through our website and not found an online shop it is because we do not have one. Hopefully this will encourage you to speak with one of our sales assistants and take advantage of their years of expertise and training in recommending the right solution for your application. We do not shift boxes for quick fixes we supply solutions for long term customer savings and benefits.

Q: Price
A: This is always kept to a minimum through relationships with our suppliers (the product manufacturer's distributors) and partnerships direct with the product's Manufacturer. We are consistently able to offer pricing better than found through our competitors online shops and we pass promotional offers from Manufacturers on to our customers.
