We have a dedicated sales team with an appointed Sales Executive for each customer. Our employees work as a team to ensure that our customers receive the highest possible standard of service from point of call to invoice payment. This team work through all departments allows our customers to be kept informed as to all aspects of their order through customers services, product installation and after service maintenance from their appointed Sales Executive. We have found our customers prefer one point of contact for all their queries rather than being passed from department to department.

Executive Team

Adam Scully - Director
Adam is one of the original founders of First Source IT. He oversees the day to day operations of First Source IT linking between departments and dealing with our veteran customers. Adam has over 15 years experience in the IT industry. Working in the past within all departments giving him great knowledge of not only departmental procedures but also inter-departmental management with a customer focus.

Kerrin Harris - Director
Kerrin is one of the original founders of First Source IT. He oversees the sales and marketing departments and new business enquiries. Kerrin has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. Since graduating in Marketing he has worked in IT sales consulting with clients face to face to deliver working solutions tailored to their business needs.
