We can work as an extension to your IT department or act as your IT department on your behalf.

We have a dedicated sales team with an appointed Sales Executive for each customer. Our employees work as a team to ensure that our customers receive the highest possible standard of service from point of call to invoice payment. This teamwork through all departments allows our customers to be kept informed as to all aspects of their order from delivery to installation and maintenance from one point of contact. We have found our customers prefer one point of contact for all their queries rather than being passed from department to department.

Our History

First Source IT or FSIT as we have become known was established in 2003. Each year has not only seen a steady and consistent growth but also a diversification into EPoS (Electronic Point-of-Sale) and AV (Audio Visual) equipment. Continuing on from our company's original inspiration for businesses to have one point of contact to include not only IT requirements but now also EPoS and AV.

2008 has seen the launch of our new in-house website. This new site will allow up to date company information and new product news to reach our customers more efficiently via access to this site. The IT industry is forever changing not only with daily price changes on products but also with the release of new technologies. Now via our new site our customers can keep up to date with these changes as they happen.
